At Superior Bespoke, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality, custom-made furniture tailored to your exact specifications. Each piece is designed to meet your individual needs and tastes, offering you a wide range of choices.

Whether it's free-standing or fully fitted furniture, we can craft pieces to fit any space or alcove perfectly, providing ideal storage solutions for every household. All our products are handcrafted in our Rookley workshop by James Wenman and Peter Carr, both highly skilled cabinet makers and joiners with nearly forty years of combined experience. Having studied woodwork together at the Isle of Wight College, James began his career making office furniture while Peter started doing traditional joinery projects at a woodyard. With both gaining essential skills that would serve them well in the future, they found themselves looking for careers that were more aesthetically pleasing and more personally rewarding. James took the leap into self-employed general carpentry before deciding that making handcrafted custom-made furniture was his first love, and in 2016 opened Superior Bespoke. He was joined two years later by Peter who had followed in his carpenter father’s footsteps becoming expert at challenging and unusual projects, and niche areas recreating historic mouldings and features in listed buildings.

Together at Superior Bespoke, they combine their extensive experience and passion for craftsmanship to deliver exceptional, tailor-made furniture that enhances the lifestyle of their clients, and design and supply quality, bespoke fitted and free-standing furniture across the Isle of Wight and Southern England.
